To those who know me, I am quite obsessed with this place and cannot say enough good things.
To start, this little dessert bar on prospect road, is dim lit, warm and cosy with friendly staff and a rustic homely feel.
If you have just had dinner with friends or want to go on a romantic date, this place really has an awesome atmosphere.
Usually on any night you have around a 20 minute wait to get in IF you go there after 8.30pm but the food is worth the sit in the cold. ( which is the only down side to devour, it is very popular )
Like most popular dessert bar's ,the condition is its one menu item per person as there are usually around 10 people waiting outside to get in.
... oh and there is no booking tables.
Now we come to the good part...the food.
Devour usually has a small menu of around 6 or 7 desserts which they only keep on said menu for 2 months ( which means you have an excuse to go there every month to try something different) but they usually have all the same drinks ( tea , coffee ect).
If you are going to have any sort of drink with dessert, you MUST try the milk shake's there, specially the malteser milk shake, they are sooo yum and come in old school glass milk bottles.
My favourite dishes have been :
PB&J panna cotta - A creamy burnt milk panna cotta, with a blackberry gel and a crunchy peanut butter crumb ( which is out of this world ), served with a PB&J macaron.

Ice cream sandwich- Coconut ice cream filled with toasted coconut, sandwiched between chocolate biscuit, served with cherry sauce ,chocolate crumb and sour cherries (It's sour, sweet and sexy)
Each dessert is made beautiful and creative, every time you order a dessert from Devour you are never left disappointed and always end up in amazement on how awesome it looks on the plate.
